Description

This dentist had her front spaces filled with bonding years ago, and then repaired several times over the years as they had broken down. The teeth were not in correct proportion with lateral incisors, and the teeth were developing vertical fracture lines (from a grinding habit) that were collecting stain. She wanted to whiten her teeth and have four ceramic veneers with a natural looking color, and to create more ideal proportions for her central and lateral incisors. She also wanted cosmetic recontouring of her chipping and worn lower front teeth. Procedures: whitening; smile design; gum sculpting; four porcelain veneers; bite guard; and lower cosmetic recontouring.
