This physician had a lot of old defective fillings in his back teeth and wanted his front teeth and smile to look better. His natural teeth were of different colors, they were malposed, they had several old discolored fillings and they were in such a position that they created a negative or reverse smile line. He wanted really white teeth and a more pleasing smile. He wanted to address the lower teeth at a later time.
