This author presented to us with a history of having fluorosis as a child, a condition that causes off colored spots and stains on the teeth. She had had two different sets of veneers done over the years, and the later set was beginning to yellow along the gum line. She was never satisfied with the bite of the veneers or of her teeth in general, wanted to improve the shape and color of them, and wanted to broaden her smile. She also had some defective fillings and new cavities in her back teeth, and wanted to have everything corrected in one appointment using sleep dentistry. Procedures: Smile Design, KOR deep whitening, bite equilibration, IV sedation, eight veneers, several back bonded fillings, protective bite guard.
