Procedures; pre-orthodontic decay elimination, root canals, bone grafting, implants, orthodontics with gum surgery, full mouth reconstruction with crowns using sleep dentistry, and bite guard therapy. This board administrator came to our office with many concerns. She had a deep overbite and a chronic grinding habit that combined to cause the loss of her lower molars, TMJ pain, excessive wear of her remaining teeth,and a collapsed facial appearance.
