Procedures; TMJ deprogramming therapy, tooth removal, bone and gum grafting, root canal therapy, implants, crowns, veneers and bite guard therapy. This insurance administrator presented with a chief complaint about veneers that had recently been placed by her previous dentist. She also had TMJ dysfunction with pain on chewing, and she had several missing back teeth she knew had to be replaced.
