- Number of Implants: Full arch solutions may require 4 to 6 implants. We will determine the best approach during your consultation.

Prep
- Imaging and Planning
- During your visit, Dr. Bidra will carefully listen to your concerns, examine your teeth and oral cavity, take detailed imaging using an intraoral camera and 3D X-rays, and create a personalized treatment plan based on your needs and goals.
- Comfort
- Before dental implant placement, a numbing anesthetic will be applied so you feel comfortable. We offer sedation dentistry to patients who wish to achieve deeper relaxation during the surgery. This is administered by a skilled dental anesthesiologist.
Placement
- Implant
- Small surgical incisions are made in your gums to provide access to the jaw. The implants are then inserted into the bone tissue. A healing period of three to four months is required for the implants to fuse to your jawbone before the next procedure can be scheduled.
- Abutment
- A device called an abutment is secured to the implants, and it will connect the implant to the crown, bridge, or denture. After a period of one or two weeks in which the gum tissue will heal around the implant and abutment, the final stage of the procedure can be scheduled.

- Daily Care
- Taking care of your implants is simple and important. Brush twice a day using a soft-bristled toothbrush and non-abrasive toothpaste. Don’t forget to floss gently around the implant and between your natural teeth. Staying consistent with your routine will help keep your smile healthy.

- Regular dental visits go a long way in protecting your investment. Dr. Bidra will check your implants, clean around them, and make sure everything is functioning as it should. These visits help catch any issues early and keep your implants in great shape for years to come.
