We believe in the importance of a beautiful smile and the life-altering possibilities that it provides. We enjoy working with our patients and we want to make their patient experience here as comfortable as possible. We think that the manner in which we deliver dentistry should be pain-free with the ultimate respect for a patient's comfort. I would say first of all is the mastery level of dental care that we provide here, whether it be for a simple filling all the way up to a full mouth reconstruction. Second would be the way that we treat our patients. We try to come up with sensible treatment plans. We try to come up with financial arrangements that are affordable and make sense for them, and again, we want to make their experience as comfortable as possible in our office. We also bring in specialists. I am very blessed. In this area we have a range of specialists that are world class so if we have a complicated case, if I'm doing a reconstruction that may involve orthodontics, root canals, gum surgery, implant placement, I've got specialists not too far away that are excellent caregivers. Well, from that very first phone call, they can expect a real person to pick up the phone with a warm and caring voice, not some automated telephone tree. They are greeted with a smile and a handshake and offered refreshments. So from the very beginning we try to create an atmosphere of comfort and trust. Most new patients come in for a consultation. We offer courtesy consultations so if they have a question, they're not sure about what kind of treatment they need, we love to have them come in. We listen to their concerns, take a look in their mouths and give them some options for treatment. We schedule over an hour and a half for examinations that are extremely thorough. Our patients always comment on the thoroughness of them, and how they've never had an examination like that before. And then depending on their needs, we'll talk about some possible treatment options and come up with a treatment plan and start the work. A long time ago my staff and I created an environment, a culture here in the practice that's based on trust and honesty, and we try to extend that to our patients. When the patients come into the office, we want to treat them and make them feel like friends and family. When patients are actually going through patient care, my assistants are always monitoring their comfort levels. Any little flutter of the eyelid or uncomfortable movement, my assistants know that there is a possibility that they are having trouble and we stop treatment and make sure everything is okay. So everything, from the beginning of the patient experience to the end, my staff is a critical part of the positive patient experience. I think I'd like my patients to know that I really care about them and I want the very best for them. Early in life I found that I had a skill set that was ideal to dentistry. I spent a lot of time in training, taking post graduate continuing education courses. I have been blessed to work with some of the masters in dentistry and right now I work with two of the best dental laboratory technicians in the country. So from that point of view I feel like I am well-positioned to provide mastery level care in the areas of cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. My staff and I love what we do here. We change people's lives. They come in afraid to smile, afraid to speak, with their hands other their mouths. At the end of it all, if they follow recommended treatment, they leave with healthy mouths, beautiful smiles and a lifetime of dental health.
