Christina came to Dr. Balloch to have several procedures performed. In this dental patient review, she says it was an overall "phenomenal" experience, and that the staff was accommodating and friendly. Their patient-oriented approach and focus on patient education made her feel comfortable and confident in their care.
I have had several procedures done over the course of many months, working with Dr. Balloch and his team, and it's just been phenomenal working with them. I'd say the primary procedure I had was an implant. So I literally have a new tooth completely replaced, and then I have several other teeth right in the front of my mouth that have a crown over them as well. So I've had extensive work across the very top front of my mouth.
As a child I actually had an accident where I had to put in a Maryland bridge, and then of course over time that starts to deteriorate and you need to have some type of a replacement done. Now, I had gone to talk with at least four other doctors over the course of several years. Wasn't completely comfortable. And then I was talking with a friend at work, and she had mentioned Dr. Balloch's office. And I though okay, let's go to his office and meet with his team and find out what he would recommend.
They are very supportive, very accommodating, friendly, willing to change schedules if I couldn't get here at a certain time. So the flexibility as well was also very important to me. I'm thrilled. I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. The day that we were finally done, I of course got a little emotional because it meant a lot to me. You know there were, like I said, many years where I have been dealing with this particular issue. Again, we're talking major work across the front of my entire mouth, essentially. It just meant so much to me what he had done. And again, the process, the plan that he put together, and to come to the end and to see a new smile. I can smile. I can smile wide.
Dr. Balloch just put so much time and energy and patience, and thought into what the procedure should be, what the process should be, where I feel as though other doctors that I consulted would just look. They'd see that maybe I needed a replacement, and that was pretty obvious. But they were so fast and, "Well, this is what we'll do, and we'll have it done in a day." There's no trust. It was difficult to have any sort of trust when their answer was just... it's almost like you knew it was too good to be true. It's, like, no, no.
Dr. Balloch explains everything. This is what this means. Then what the next step will be. Absolutely I would recommend him. Absolutely. Especially if you're looking to get the type of work that I did where you're having implants and crowns. It's very extensive work. Absolutely. And even if there's something not as extensive, all around for all the services that his office offers, I certainly recommend the team. Definitely.
