Dr. Balloch’s advanced education began at the University of New Hampshire, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry. He continued his studies at the Georgetown University School of Dentistry, graduating with honors in 1975. After completing his general practice residency, he served in the U.S. Army Dental Corps, focusing on fixed prosthodontics and earning numerous awards and commendations for his work. He established his current practice in Glastonbury, Connecticut, in 1984.

In an effort to make your experience as relaxing and stress-free as possible, our unique, spa-like atmosphere includes fresh juices and snacks and a media center with comfortable plush chairs. During your time here, you will be offered your choice of amenities, including stereo headphones, blankets, paraffin-wax treatments, and a hot washcloth made of Egyptian cotton. Our special treatment chairs feature heat and vibration functions. We understand that your time is precious, and we want your time with us to be a pleasure.

Financial Arrangements
At the office of cosmetic dentist Steven M. Balloch, near Hartford, Connecticut, our goal is to make the high quality dental care you deserve as accessible as possible. This is why we work with our patients to create payment plans to suit their budgets.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. A 5 percent accounting adjustment is allowed on all work involving laboratory care when paid in full by cash, check, or credit card on the day of treatment. We also offer extended payment plans for as little as $60 a month for up to five years on approved credit.
Be sure to ask about our helpful Dental Fee Plan (DFP) if you require more extensive dental care. If you qualify for DFP, you will make no initial payment and low monthly payments for treatments of $1,000 to $25,000.
